Josephine was instrumental in helping my husband and I purchase our home in a short period of time during the holiday season. What is normally a stressful period full of inspections, paperwork, questions and logistics was eased by Josphine's honesty, quick responses and humor. I appreciated Josphine's drive to address all our questions and her ability to deliver on her promises. She bugged the seller's agent and other parties on our behalf with our endless questions and she went above and beyond helping us meet requirements to keep us on track to close. She worked around our kids' schedules, was extremely responsive (even over the xmas and new year holidays!) and I could always count on her to give her honest opinion as a professional, home owner, and mom, without feeling pressured. I can't recommend Josephine enough and only wish there was a 'post buying agent' who can make the moving experience just as straightforward.
