Valerie Trang is the founder and driving force behind Infiniti Real Estate. A childhood polio survivor, refugee of the Vietnam War, and breast cancer warrior, Valerie’s life is a powerful story of resilience and compassion. After a successful career in IT, she followed her heart into real estate—and never looked back. Since launching Infiniti Real Estate, Valerie has consistently ranked among the top 1% of agents in Santa Clara County year after year, with over $50 million in annual sales volume.
She’s also the founder of Tu Tam – Loving Hearts Charity, which has provided thousands of wheelchairs, bicycles, and care packages to underserved communities in Vietnam. Whether in business or in service, Valerie leads with purpose—and always with heart.
Some people come into your life by chance. Others feel meant to be there.
We met through a mutual friend, and from our very first conversation, something clicked. The connection was instant, and the more we talked, the more we realized how much we shared. We were born in the same year. So were our mothers. We both have two children—a boy and a girl. We are both cancer survivors, and we’ve each faced a recurrence scare that thankfully turned out to be benign. We even ended up in the same emergency room on the same night.
What makes our partnership special isn’t just what we have in common, but how we complement each other. Valerie finds balance in yoga and Pilates. Josephine thrives in front of a computer, solving problems and expressing creativity through strategy and design. We think differently, move differently, and lead in our own unique ways. And we love that about each other.
What we share is a deep respect for honesty, family, service, and doing everything with integrity. We lean on each other, learn from each other, and are always lifting one another higher—both in life and in business.
